I think that both he and the family are guilty. He has had similar run-ins for years...one would think that the family would know better.

If he's not guilty then why do these charges keep popping up? That MJ behind the scenes special that was on last year got me convinced some hanky panky is going on in Neverland.

I voted "Who is Michael Jackson" in protest. The reason this keeps coming up is because the Jackson family wants it to keep coming up! It keeps his name in the news, lord knows his music over the past 10 years can't. Just another BS publicity stunt to get press time.
The reason these deranged parents keep letting kids stay with Michael is because they smell money. It's what they want, money. They could care less about the kids.
Society would be much better off if the media circus was shut down and these dysfunctionals were relegated to anonimity and darkness. That won't happen because these entertainment types are in bed with the media and they all make a fortune because of it.
Don't believe me? Watch what happens when Martha Stewart gets out of jail...I'll bet anything her empire will come back stronger than ever because of the sympathy she has inspired. Poor Martha got put in jail...boo hoo.
Bunch of nonsense!

Didn't you hear? Once she gets out they already have a show ready for her. I believe it's also produced by Mark Burnett (Whatever happened to Eco Challenge?) and will follow a similar "Apprentice" style.

I know; listen, I admire Martha. She is one tough woman and she didn't back down in the face of the SEC and the fed. She had her story and she stuck to it. She isn't sitting in jail feeling sorry for herself either; she's taking notes for a book she will write on prison life.

Reminds me a bit of G. Gordon Liddy.

The family should have known better. He's as bad as a catholic priest, without the white collar, using his position of notoriety and trust to take advantage of helpless and naive children.

Word has it Michael has always been good at rearing children... (Insert Rimshot) - Heard that one on WAAF

Martha is a greedy ____. She got what she deserved. About ten years ago she commisioned a fancy dinner boat (with a seven figure price tag) from a premier RI boatbuilder who went above and beyond to satisfy her every wish. In the end, despite her involvement and her weekly visits to the boatyard, she refused to take delivery because she didn't like the color, a color she personally chose and approved. The builder was stunned, as was the whole boatbuilding community. True story, from my father who is friends with the builder. The woman knows how to make enemies. C
