Mount marcy

I'm looking for advice. I want to climb Marcy on thanks giving day this year and have no winter climbing experience. Anything anyone can tell me will be helpful.

What kind of supplies will I need/ should I hire a guide.

Wow. That is a burly hike even in the summer. Winter would be much more difficult. I don't know of any guides there.
