For all you guys who want to see the finer details heres a couple of links decribing what they want to do at Mount Snow once they get water from Somerset Reservoir.

and a map of existing and possible additions. I think this was done by ASC. I don't believe they'd add snowmaking to a 1/2 to-3/4 mile ski-home trail serving only my condo complex but it is shown as "future snowmaking" in purple?

I have seen the map before but not the other document, thanks. It is interesting to say the least... any trails currently without snowmaking capacity are listed as 'additional snowmaking'. I honestly do not foresee them installing pipes on every single trail, I think this is just a case of planning vs. actuality. I know the plan was ASC's, but it appears the first document is post-sale. Anyhow, we can only hope they get the permits.

Pending issuance of required permits and approvals, project construction would start in
February 2008. Barring weather events and other unexpected occurrences, the project
would be completed in November 2008. The subsequent part of the project, installing
snowmaking pipeline on non-snowmaking trails, would be an ongoing project with an
estimated completion date of 2013.

Wow...plans are moving along nicely, although I hope we have some "weather events" through April.
