First the Old Man and now this. NH is taking a beating....

The article I read said that Mt. Washington can still claim the highest recorded wind in the Northern and Western hemispheres, though, so they have that going for them......

That wind belongs to a cyclone = hurricane....wtf?
Some Aussies involved need to make a trip over here...and up to the summit.

Meh. I don't know what anyone is belly aching about. This still doesn't make it not windy as frack up there. I think on average something like on 1 out of every 3 days in a year on Mount Washington hurricane force winds are recorded?

It's an apt measurement if said anemometer is being used to measure the flatulated windspeed after a heavy burrito.
