i bought a pair of skis and they have solomon 850 bindings on them but i'm not sure what to set them to . i have size 12 boot size 195 skis can anyone help

Unless you're a certified tech, which I'm guessing you aren't since you're asking, take them to a shop and have them adjusted. Bindings are not something you want to screw up.
This has come up several times before, the general consensus is always to play it safe and take them to a shop. See this thread and this one for more detailed discussion on binding adjustments...
