Serving as the smallest of NiteRider's Mako series of headlights, the NiteRider Mako Mini Headlight is a big deal. For an excellent price, you get up to 50 lumens via 3-mode functionality (high steady, low steady, and flash). It's intended to be seen more than to see in dark conditions, but figure that most lights at this price point are cranking out half of those lumens, in usually only two modes, and the Mini still comes out as a value. Then add in superb longevity with its dual AA battery configuration " up to 60 hours of performance in flash mode " and the fact that the light comes in a lightweight package that pops on and off your handlebar without tools, and you have what we'd call a winner.
