WILLIAMSTOWN, Massachusetts — Pine Cobble's Annual Ski & Skate Sale, a Berkshire county tradition, will be held this Friday, Nov. 4, 3 – 8 p.m. & Sat., Nov. 5, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The Pine Cobble sale is one of the largest ski sales in the region and for many area residents, the event marks the unofficial beginning of the winter season. A large array of the finest state-of-the-art new and gently-used winter sports equipment and accessories will be available at impressively discounted prices, with expert skiers, snowboarders and skaters on hand to answer all technical & sizing questions.

Top brands featured include Rossignol, Atomic, Volant, Cynaster, Nordica, Solomen, Lange, Bell, Oakley, Kombi, Raichle, Tyrolia and many more. Skis & poles (racing & parabolic with current bindings), boots, snowboards, snowshoes, X-country equipment, hockey, figure & in-line skates, ski clothing, fleece, hats, gloves, liners and accessories for adults and children will be available. The event includes a raffle with gift certificates for area restaurants & businesses and a bake sale. MC & Visa accepted.

The Ski & Skate sale is by far the biggest fundraiser for the Pine Cobble Parents Association, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to educational & extra-curricular programs, so it’s also a great way to support our local kids.

Pine Cobble School, 163 Gale Rd., Williamstown, MA - 1/2 mile past The Clark Art Institute or just off Rte. 43 from the east. Info: 413-458-4680.
