Plattekill Mountain Update

To all our skiers, snowboarders and mountain bikers,

Unfortunately, due to heavy rains, severe weather warnings and flood watches for our area for this weekend, we have decided to close all facilities for the weekend and cancel the mountain bike races scheduled for Saturday.

Weather depending, we plan to re-open next weekend April 9-10 for skiing/boarding, if the forecast points to a nice spring skiing weekend. So please stay tuned to our website at www.plattekill.com for updates.

yeah, this weekend is not looking good. Was hoping to go to Belleayre, but saturday might be a soaker there.

Considering going up to Maine to try and avoid the liquid.
