2 of my factory rack-Thule Crossbar adapters from Thule broke yesterday when I was putting them on. I couldn't find my receipt. I called up Sno Haus and they found the receipt from 2005 and mailed it to me. I called up Thule today to find out the warranty process before the receipt came. No questions asked, they mailed out new crossroad 450's to me today! Kudos on both Sno Haus and Thule for great customer service.
