Root 66 XC MTB Races

I'm far from being a MTB racer but seeing as this event is right out my back door, I'm seriously considering entering as a first timer or maybe even a Cat-3. Haven't bagged a ride yet this year regardless, might be fun to just get involved!

Very interested in hearing about the trail system over there. Its just 15 min. from my house and could be another local spot for me.

Jonny, If you race tomorrow, look for Scottie C. and his son. They'll be there. He's racing Cat 1 and his son will be doing Cat 3. You'll most likely destroy the field in Cat 3 for your age group. You should try it.
