I asked for a quote and I plugged in my home city and my destination to Zermatt and it was over $600. Nope not worth it to me. Probably cheaper for domestic locations but if it is evern half that it is too much.

I have used Luggage Free a few times when combining business and skiing in Europe. Usually just 1 way. I think they use FedEx for the actual transport. Never an issue with lost or broken stuff

has anyone used shipskis.com or similar services?

i am considering using shipskis.com to get my skis out to jackson next month. i called the hotel and they were pretty damn chill about receiving them for me. I'm flying newark to chicago to slc on american with only 1 hour layover time in chicago. then i land and immediately drive to jackson...
