Ski House Group Rental for 07/08 season? Shares available to buy? Set up new group?

I'd like to be part of a Ski House Group Rental for the 07/08 season.
I'm looking for a group that is already organized that may be looking to sell additional shares.

If not, I'm looking for others that would like to set up a group rental.

or if you know someone who may be,

I'm out of the Philadelphia area and I have put together seasonal group rentals at Jack Frost/Big Boulder before.
I'd like to do JF/BB again this season,
but I'm open for suggestions.

We have a fine ski house minutes from all 3 MTs (Sugarbush North and South & Mad River). The house has an A+ view of the whole valley, hot tub, large living room kitchen. All members have unlimited use of the house from Nov. 1st - end of snow (when the MT closes which last year was May 6th) We have 2-3 openings. I have since updated the bedrooms. Adult bedroom queen bed. bunk room twin over full sized, plus 2 seperate bunk beds. We have a sleeper sofa in living room.
that side looks over the water fall.
and those who put up nice reviews cause you have been there thankx roark and Bvibert.

If I can't get enoguht people together to rent a house of our own for the season.
I'm going to have to do hotel rooms again. =(

Look into ski clubs in your area. Some of them have ski houses for members.
