Despite delays, our new website overhaul is just about done! Among many new features, we've worked up a totally independent snow report feature. We'd like to test things out before diving into the launch head first. Would anyone be interested in helping us do some beta testing beforehand? If so, feel free to email chris@snowforecast.com and cthomas@snowforecast.com and we'll fill you in from there.

*Mods--I hope this is ok to post and in the appropriate area. If not, let me know

Thanks in advance,
WC

What would be involved?

As far as I know, most likely click around around the site for any glaring defects, but mostly to do some test posts on the snow report, forum, and classified sections, etc. Also to see if graphics/pics show up on various browsers--I noticed a couple didn't load for me before. Probably just a short while to scan things over I would guess.

3 separate flash players with the same ad make the site look terrible. You'll get better advertising revenue if you concentrate on making the site good before selling out to monetizing by plastering the page with ads.

Thanks for the suggestion. That's our current/old format that we're about to upgrade but I hear what you're saying. If you'd like, we can get you logged into the new version and see what you think. Thanks!
