Beswift - I haven't heard from him in a while. The moderaters and administrators of this illustrious forum as well as many of the it's members are not very fond of him, and banned him

Beswift said some outrageous things. He reminded me of Major Winchester from M*A*S*H*. I don't mean to ridicule another person, but the guy made me laugh. He wrote "you can't make this stuff up" lines. Some of the funniest material I have ever read.

That said, I would like our community to vote for our favorite Beswift line, hither-to referred to as The Swiftees.

As funny as some of those lines may be, I'd just as soon avoid publicly hounding one individual, whether they deserve it or not.

Thanks Stephen. Immortalizing beswift is the only thing this thread accomplished. While beswift had some clever posts; most of them were antagonistic, condescending, and/or insulting.

Secondly, Rossi, I don't appreciate that you publically announced that beswift was banned. While it probably was pretty obvious, it's not something I like to publically announced. I always regret it when I need to push the ban button, but sometimes it's necessary for the overall good of the community. The fact that he was banned was confirmed to you in a private message; private being the operative word... :-?

Finally, Rossi, it was brought to my attention that you called Stephen out in a follow-up thread questioning his decision to lock this thread. Totally unnecessary. I give the moderators here the latitude to make such decisions on their own and I ask that you respect their decisions.
