BARTLETT, New Hampshire -- The ATP Slopestyle Freeride event at Attitash in Bartlett, New Hampshire originally slated for January 20 has been rescheduled for February 18, 2007. This will be the second event of the four event ATP freeride series consisting of a Rail Jam, Slopestyle, Superpipe Jam and Skiercross/Ridercross taking place throughout the season.

The Slopestyle will take place at 11:00 AM in the ATP Fly Zone, Attitash's large terrain park on Thad's Choice. Competitor's will take a series of runs on the parks signature rails, boxes and big hits and be judged on aerial maneuver, difficulty, landing accuracy and style.

Athletes can register in advance online at www.skireg.com or on the day of the event from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM. There is a $15 registration fee plus a $10 refundable bib fee. Helmets are required and inverts are prohibited.

The first event of the series, The ATP Bud Light Rail Jam, was held on December 31, 2006 and Richie Paradise took top honors leaving with the $1,000 cash prize. The remainder of the series will award winners with prizes from event sponsors Attitash, Atomic USA and Smith Optics.

The overall series winner will be awarded an 07/08 All For One Bronze Season Pass and bragging rights to "ATP Freeride Champion". Athletes competing in any or all of the ATP Freeride Series will be entered into a raffle to win the ATP Free Ride classic car, a 1962 Greenbrier Chevrolet, to be raffled off at the final event.

Following the Slopestyle event the series will round out with a Superpipe Jam on Saturday, February 24, 2007 and the final event a Skiercross/Ridercross race on Sunday, March 11, 2007.

Athletes of all ages are welcome and can participate in one or all of the events throughout the series. Athletes must compete in at least three of the four events to be considered for the final prize and the ATP Freeride Champion title.

Attitash is in the White Mountains of New Hampshire on Rt. 302 outside of North Conway in Bartlett. During the winter, Attitash offers 70 trails representing 22 miles of skiing and riding on 280 acres. In the summer guests can enjoy North America's longest Alpine Slides, waterslides, the Scenic Sky Ride, lift-serviced mountain biking, climbing wall, EuroBungy Trampoline, horseback rides, driving range and skate park.
