I just saw this at the Black Diamond Store here in SLC. Looks like a high-quality magazine and some good photography and journalism:

Welcome. The Ski Journal is skiing's global voice of stoke. A coffee-table quality, collectible journal of skiing’s greatest imagery, inspiring powder landscapes, and compelling personalities. More than just another ski magazine, TSKJ is both a stunning catalogue of global ski culture and a fresh perspective for the future: The world’s highest quality ski publication.
Four issues per year in limited editions available by subscription, and at select bookstores and ski shops. Exclusive events, web content, and video podcasts. Drop in and subscribe to The Ski Journal today.

Anyone read it? Like it?

I subscribe to Freeskier, Powder, and Backcountry. I also get (or once got) free editions of SKI. I prefer Backcountry and Powder personally, but this looked like a more sophisticated/intellectual version of ski stoke.

I've picked a couple of these up before. Pretty good. If I recall they were a little pricey.

I'm a POWDER subscriber myself...used to get Backcountry too.

Don't subscribe but I've made it an impulse buy several times. Substantial magazine and one that you feel like you should put in a bookshelf when you're done reading it rather than throw in the bin but yeah a bit expensive.

I started buying it from day 1. After the 3rd or 4th number I got a subscription. If you are into ski culture more than ski advertising sometimes disguised as reporting. You'll never you look at a ski magazine the same way again.

If you like what you are seeing...buy it. Encourage them, they are a small operation.

I've been subscribed to a few magazines over the years (Powder, Skiing, Ski Canada), but now I only subscribe to The Ski Journal.
