Thread title story game

Not sure how well this is going to work, but what the hell. The http://forums.alpinezone.com/31046-thread-titles-witty-reply.html thread gave me this idea. Someone posts a thread title. The next poster needs to post another thread title in an effort to continue the sentence/paragraph and create a whacky story. For example:

Poster 2: http://forums.alpinezone.com/39704-i-won-prize.html

Poster 3: http://forums.alpinezone.com/39709-500.html

Poster 4: http://forums.alpinezone.com/39459-halloween-costumes.html

You can add punctuation or a word or two (and, the, a, etc...) in between. I'll start:
