Hey Boss -

Did I miss the thread? Middlebury are NCAA D3 champs again in hockey, but this time BOTH men's and women. I guess it got lost in the UVM b-ball fever over the weekend.

LOL....just saw this...maybe I need my eyesight checked.

Yes, my alma mater has a he^& of a hockey program...loved going to the games. They are fun to watch. I don't know why it doesn't get much press, probably has something to do with the fact that hockey is not a real big TV sport and now that's esp. true considering the hockey strike :x

I was thrilled to see groovy UV go as far as they did...but they should have played the last game better rather than settling for mediocrity :wink:

Ya missed this cause your probably spending too much time on the Sugarbush RSN forum... :lol:

You just live in the wrong place..around here Norwich and Middlebury hockey is front page news.

Your right about the UVM game..if they played up to the level they did all year I think they could have won the game.

Yep, miss great papers such as the
Rutland Herald, The Burlington Free Press, and The Times Argus. Heck, even my old Caledonian Record is better than the Boston Globe or Herald...they print lots of garbage and the former often has a lot of grammatical and/or factual errors...miss my VT papers! :wink:
