Hey - this buddy of mine says he's going to get a volcano vaporizer. Anybody ever use one? Is it worth it? They seem pretty expensive.

What is it? What Volcanos does he want to vaporize? I can see how that would be expensive. :-D

I've seen some portable one on the internet. Wonder how they would work in the cold. Anybody ever use a portable vaporizer?

I've used them. They are really nice. Almost smokeless, cleaner high w/o the sinal destress of smoking. For the money though, I'd rather just fire up a marley. I like that act of smoking as part of the experience...Umm...back when I used to do that kind of thing I mean....

THC burns at a lower temperature than the marijuana plant. A vaporizer will heat up enough to burn THC but not burn the plant thus making it "smokeless"

These are actually made for folks who have a prescription for medicinal marijuana.

They are much easier on the lungs. Although much research says that marijuana smoke does not seem as bad for your health as tobacco.
