That makes sense, as many apartments in NYC seem to have thermostats with only two settings- "off," and "sauna bath." :???:

My building is > 100 years old, I dont even have a thermostat.

I also sure as hell dont know anyone who leaves their windows open and unlocked either. Dopes.
