Just happened to see that Bode Miller won the WC DH at Beaver Creek. First DH in three years. Put the spoiler alert in case somebody DVR'd it or if it is replayed at some time.

Looks like Ms. Vonn is doing well in Lake Louise as well.

Actually, Vonn won by 1.95 after Tina Weirather of Liechtenstein (daughter of two World Cup veterans) had a speedy run from the 40th starting position.

Still, both Lindsey and Bode staged clinics on how to ski World Cup-level DH today - great to watch.

Note that the only way to see the Beaver Creek races live is via non-US streams, as NBC Universal is going to "package" (read: slice-and-dice) the Beaver Creek races into a 1 hour special on Sunday afternoon. The full-length races won't air until Christmastime.

As for the Lake Louise races, Universal Sports has 'em, both live and in primetime rerun.
