Interesting that there's only an 8 point spread between the states. Either there's no meaningful difference between Hawaii and West Virginia, or it ought to be a 10 point scale.

Another reason I love Canada, and in Vancouver I hear has some good coffee shops, that keep me happy for sure.

Why are most of these countries very cold or snowy? Hmmmmm....makes a little more sense now...get rid of all southern states and maybe we'll make it. We can blame it on the fricking southerners (and country music).
