There's a country store in Bolton, MA that stocks Rosie's Vermont so I usually pick up a bag or two whenever I'm coming home on 495 South. Cajun Style is really spicy, but I bought Hot last night. I'll report on that within the next couple days.

I like the local New England brands because they don't have the harmful preservatives that the big boys use.

OK boys, let's talk Jerky!

Jack's Links Teriyaki is good enough for me.

The best I ever had though was from my college roommate's mother. She was korean and had the best homemade jerky.

My first thought, as well.

Jack's Teryaki is good stuff.
Nothin "kippered". That stuff's nasty.

Yeah so with Jack Link's Buffalo Jerky (for example) you're getting Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Maltodextrin, Sodium Erythorbate, and Sodium Nitrate.
