    2024- 2025 Gear

I have some old 193 Kendo's I use for groomer days. F those things are fast but pretty sketchy for free ride skiing.

    Time to Research Passes

Yeah, I think you have to think outside of the box these days to find your own personal skiing nirvana. I'm not attracted to the big, popular destinations any longer. If I were thinking Colorado I'd be looking at the West slope spots.

    VAIL SUCKS

It costs roughly between $380.00 to $580.00 per acre just for a thinning project which is where a lot of the current demand is for USFS employees workload. Shoot, they blow millions every year just fighting lawsuits filed by environmentalist groups. A company like Vail is providing millions of...

    VAIL SUCKS

F if I know but I can tell you from my experience that most branches are extremely underfunded and understaffed for the workload that is expected of them.

Any body know anything about Hunter???

Clean fall lines that are aesthetically pleasing. It's great on a powder day.

Any body know anything about Hunter???

I'd get a Plattekill pass for weekends and powder days. The Bell pass gives you triple citizenship no? That sounds way better than Hunter imho.

So Who is Behind Powder Mountain?

The comments under that article are mostly derpy. I'm not an economist but it's not hard to tell that there is a growing market for this sort of boutique ski experience. The more of a shit show the mega pass ski areas become the more people that have the money will be willing to pay to not deal...

So Who is Behind Powder Mountain?

The terrain looks plenty good for most people. The powder tree skiing looks incredible.

Thanks. The modern ski experience discussed in that article isn’t something I’m interested in.
