yep. as long as someones pushing me up hill....i cant do anymore high impact activities except skiing....no more running, skating, jumping, lateral movements, nothing....my achilles & hams are going fast....

Nice. Harpoon IPA will be the drink of choice post-workout.

What's up with everyone damaging their Achilles this season?
