Resort or Ski Area: Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, MA

Conditions: Machine Groomed Packed Powder

Went up with 5 buddies yesterday, on the six-pack at 8:45 a.m. Temp around 18*F, bright sun and some wind at the top. Warmed up on West Way to North Glade - sweet firm packed powder! Took the Foxes next, just as good. Flew down Whitetail after that which was excellent. Wild Turkey to Widow White's Quad, came down Nor'easter, all still had good conditions. The Q1 quad was now open so did some laps of Whitetail and Jericho - some parts getting skied off but plenty of packed powder on the sides (especially skier's right).

Ended the day with some fun cruising on North Glade / 360, conditions on the sides were still great! It had really warmed up by early afternoon, around 22*F, some wind, a beautiful bluebird day.

Jiminy has some great conditions right now, good cover throughout and a nice base. Let's hope it holds up through the spring warmup this week - should still be fun at the AZ Southern outing on the 11th.
