De Marchi Legend Bib Shorts

BK.jpg

The Legends line from De Marchi is a celebration of the historical climbs that have long made Italy the center of the cycling world. It's only fitting, then, that the Legend Bib Shorts are made entirely in Italy. We're obligated to admit that these shorts won't elevate your form to match the abilities of Emilio De Marchi's legendary friends Bartali and Bobet; however, the half century of technological advances that De Marchi has made since it was founded mean that you'll be enjoying a blend of fit and fabrics the likes of which the Italian champions of old could only dream.
The Legend Bib Shorts are made from a compressive synthetic blend that De Marchi has dubbed Sports Lycra Action. The Legends' compressive properties increase bloodflow and reduce fatigue-causing vibration in your muscles. We also just like the feel of the firm, 240-gram fit. It inspires more confidence in fit and durability than the flimsy, barely-there materials favored by some other manufacturers.
The Veloce Plus insert is provided courtesy of CyTech, the recognized colossus of chamois design. It uses the wildly popular Elastic Interface Technology to adapt to and move with your body, rather than against it, which complements the shorts' multi-panel design for a restriction-free fit throughout the pedaling motion whether you're in or out of the saddle.
The De Marchi Legend Bib Shorts are available in five sizes ranging from Small to XX-Large in the colors Black, Black/blue, Black/red, and Black/white.
