Not a good thing, but shouldn't cause any major damage, based on the article. If it had leaked out onto the ground, it'd be a major problem.

They just fine them out the arse. That sounds like something they can clean up pretty easily.

Just put it back through the boiler. Little methane gas could only help the combustion... right? What could possibly go wrong?
