Football is my favorite. MLB is good provided it isn't one of those long, boring blowout games that never seem to end. NHL is good, but I'd rather be at a game. NBA... well... how about not. I'd rather go see a college or even high school basketball game over an NBA game. Soccer... I don't really like MLS that much but I really got into World Cup last year. I don't like watching sports where they can only show one person at once such as golf, skiing, etc. Tennis is OK. NASCAR... I only watch Superspeedway and Short Track races... all the others are cookie-cutter tracks where for 90% of the race it's the same guy out in front by 10 seconds.

The only sports I ever really watch on TV are Formula 1 and LeMans Series, and 24 Hours of LeMans, occasionaly World Cup GT, Rolex series and WRC.

I watch/follow a lot of the not so common sports. alpine, curling, cycling, swimming (competed for a good chunk of my life). The only big sport one I follow that is the NHL.

Football is definitely number 1 for TV. Baseball probably second. Hockey I like in person (Go Cats Go!) but it sucks on TV. I'll watch the occasional PGA tournament (especially the 4 majors). I can tolerate the NBA in small doses. I'll ALWAYS watch alpine skiing if I know that its on.

baseball, then football, then VB, either gender, indoor or out. I'm a VB player & you just don't see much on TV.
