Looks like all of HS provoking and bragging about going to the beast for T-day turns cuz Mt Snow won't be open isn't going to happen.

From the K site:
ConditionsWednesday, November 25, 2009We've got some good news and some not so good news. First, the not so good news: Due to weather and snow conditions, we won't be carving Turkey Day turns.

Now for the good news: The forecast is calling for a change to winter this weekend with snow and cold temperatures and we should be back to skiing and riding by Sunday!

Mt Snow could be also.

I don't see MS being open on Sunday, and Killington has already been open the last couple of weekends.

Killington:

What was that? Oh, right, I thought so.

i'm not seeing the 7 inches mount snow is getting to make much of a difference. thats barley going to cover the tall grass.

Who says Mount Snow is going to get 7 inches? I wouldn't be jumping to an conclusions about much snow at all out of this system until it's on the ground and not followed by ncp.

as of 11:45pm thursday its about 7 inches[/QUOTE

I followed your link and found a whole lot of ncp last night. Can we share your Kool Aid? I even went to the Mount Snow website where they link to Accuweather's current wet conditions and wet forecast. I guess I'm not seeing this 7 inches of snow. Surely the mountain would be touting it if this was the case.

I'm really not trying to be an A$$, I guess I'm just confused. I too, want snow, and to be honest, I want everyone to get it, but like I said, without seeing on the ground, I'm having a hard time believing it unless it was/is already cold. In most of New England, it's not cold right now, anywhere...
