NO way they catch those guys.....

...since they were driving the most popular ski car ever built...

"Early reports led police to put out an alert for a Gold Chrysler LeBaron with white license plates, which was seen leaving the parking lot around the time of the robbery."

....the Gold Chrysler LeBaron. Saw 47 of them in the Mad River Glen parking lot two weekends ago.... :dunce:

Actually....scary thing. What's this world coming to ? Though I guess thieves follow the cash, and they probably yank quite a bit of it from the coffers each day at K-mart....

And meanwhile, Vermont state police search for the perpetrator in a "2 Red Bull" 8 ouncer theft from Sugarbush Inn....

White Plates: darn out of staters  Probably drug related...Rutvegas is a drug town.

Now let's see...if I was going to rob a business, it would not be a ski resort, let alone an ASC resort. Not much money to be had  Maybe rob Stratton or Stowe, but they've probably got the place all wired and full of cameras.

I saw this on the news a couple days ago in Quebec no less. To be frank...after hearing about it..I'm surprised this isn't a commen occurance. Resort cash cages normally have 0 human security....never mind armed security. Cops are normally miles away...and in most cases are troopers which the robbers could just wait for something to happen in the other direction to see no chance of their limited resources showing up. Then there's the ski clothes factor already mentioned. Why would anyone try to take down a casino full of security in the middle of a city full of police when you can take down the cash cage at K to net similar proceeds no resistance? I'm sure there was a ton of coin there from the eateries but not so sure how many people pay for a $$$ lift ticket these days with actual cash. I wonder if they're changing things around now?

I suspect that the perps were probably a couple of evil snowboarders!

Not even remotely funny... I happen to be a very law abiding citizen as well as all the people I ride with..
