Mt. Everett

Southwest corner of Massachusetts. I've done this hike several times, starting at Race Brook on rt. 41. It's about a 7 mile round trip to Everett, 2 miles on the connecter, and about 1.5 on the AT. Wonderful brook and waterfalls on the way up. A great alternative to Bear Mt. which attracts the hordes on the weekends. Roughly 1900' vert.. Pix here from today.
