What another beautiful bluebird sky day Saturday was! After a somewhat rocky start...our boarder friend left his pack in our driveway, it held our lunch, water filter, and his boots...we were on our way. We started up around 11:30, up Boardwalk, which had scarce snow cover. Switched over to the T-bar and found this a great trail to hike up. Some steep spots, but otherwise a steady climb. Made it to summit at 2:30 and found many hikers relaxing in the sun, getting ready to ski down. Started our journey down Tote Road, which had some great spring snow. Crossed over to Narrow Gauge and the snow was even softer there. The guys managed to make a few jumps and there was one huge wipeout by our boarder friend. Nothing like digging snow out of your pants on a 65 degree day.

And what trip wouldn't be complete without a moose spotting. There was a moose hanging out underneath a store sign at the store right outside Sugarloaf's access road. He decided he wanted to enjoy the sunny spring weather too.

Let's see how long the snow can last this year. Last year we were skiing down Sluice on May 15. If it stays this cold at night, we just might make it.

Till next time!!

**For some reason, our pics from this trip are too big to post on here. Check out our pics on our album.**
