Yeah but just south of you is closer to us. ;-) My wife was in the Roxbury and had to pull over due to the heavy rain.

Do these warnings really need to be in all caps? Just makes it harder to read and easier to ignore.

NWS writes all discussion and warnings in all caps. I don't understand why ether but that's the way it goes I guess.

I just saw video of damage in Thomaston with lots of tree's down.

There's no widespread damage here and there's no confirmation there was any tornado.

probably a good time to find a unix/linux-based editor(would have an "UPPERCASE-to-lowercase" function) browser plug-in....
