Is 5.6% good or bad? Both, if you watch CNN...

When Clinton was President, 5.6% was a "low" rate.
With Bush as President, 5.6% is a "disturbing" rate.

What's especially interesting is that with Clinton, it had just RAISED to 5.6, whereas with Bush, it has actually just DROPPED to 5.6.

And they say liberal media bias is dead!
