Vail Resorts sued ASC over the sale of the Canyons to Talisker. Like when the Meullers sued ASC over the sale of Steamboat, Vail Resorts lost. Turns out Talisker also owns the land both Park City Resort(Powdr) and Deer Valley resorts operate on.

The article says that they plan on closing the deal by the end of the year so that's too long.
