Who is he???

He's a one-man band, putting out one killer album after another. His fan base tends to be jam band types, but he's pretty accessible. I saw him at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston a year and a half ago and it was, hands down, the funnest show I've been to. All the YouTube stuff on him is pretty low quality footage but this gives you an idea:
