That's cool. I wonder why it was constructed? It looks to be a tourist attraction, but is it or was it used to transport goods by water? It looks like their might be some sort fo commercial vessel ahead of the two sight seeing boats in the foreground.

It reminds me of a show I saw on the Falkirk Wheel in Scotland a few years back. Pretty cool idea!
