I read another article http://www.nypost.com/seven/01112008/news/worldnews/little_spitfire_117322.htm on this car which stated it goes up to 65 mph, but it's not highway worthy. The article went on to say that in India that is not a factor since there is so much motor scooter traffic. Also interesting 7 out of 1000 people in India own a car.
