Some of you might have seen that a New York State judge determined that Intermountain's purchase of competing Toggenburg Ski Area, before shutting it down to maintain marketshare of the company's two competing ski areas, violated state anti-trust law. It is not clear what will happen, but Intermountain could face stiff fines and might have to resell the ski area.
