Conditions were very good. The glades skied well. Hit Nightmare. Intimidator, Thrombosis, and #1 on Casablanca, which skied better than the others in terms of ice underneath the fresh 4" they got last night.

We got there at 10 and the Rangeley Double was down. It didn't spin all day and they were working on it near the top when I skied by at 3. That sucked but you can ski the whole mountain by using the T-bar and traverse to the Kennebago Quad. Some pics:

So many trails skied well. Finally hit Grey Ghost late in the day and there was sweet powder on the right side. Couldn't believe it. Royal Coachman, Parmachenee Belle, Peachy's Peril all skied fantastic. Nice surprise.

Holy $hit. Mid-frickin-winter conditions. Amazing and glad they are still open. Bummer I did not get there....

Awesome! Totally different climate up there. If the back ever wanted to really go super late they could do it. Snowpack retention is amazing up there. The pass traverse is a great way to ski the whole mtn and avoid the rangeley
