I called IKON today and learned that I never sent in my picture, so yeah, user error. I uploaded my picture and should get my pass in 10-14 days. My first day, conditions permitting, won't be until November 24th, so I should be okay.

Yet another addition. Same as Mountain Collective so not a huge surprise. Thredbo they want you to ski in 2018 using the 2018-2019 pass and in 2019 on the 2019-2020 pass so I think Nevado will be the same deal. So not applicable to anyone with this year's pass.

I looked briefly and did not see any details one way or another though.

“Valle Nevado is an ideal addition to the Ikon Pass community. Now Ikon Pass holders can extend their 2019 season by booking a trip to Chile for the legendary above-treeline terrain in the Andes that Valle Nevado serves up,” said Erik Forsell, Chief Marketing Officer of Alterra Mountain Company, in a press statement.

Killington's RFID still not playing with Ikon's, so Ikon pass holders still need to head to guest services (or possibly to meet window) to get a day pass. No idea from K on when that might be fixed.

More additions, now include SkiNZ resorts in New Zealand (Coronet Peak and The Remarkables in Queenstown and Mt. Hutt by Christchurch). They are combined, so 7 days combined on the full and 5 combined on the base.
