HANCOCK, Massachusetts -- Jiminy Peak is celebrating winter with a number of events and deals this coming weekend, December 13th and 14th including:
Saturday is the first 60th Anniversary Celebration of the season. The first 1,000 tickets purchased will receive a free Jiminy Peak 60th Anniversary baseball cap. Be sure to get here early and get your hat! DJ Rob will be playing music from 11 am – 2 pm.
Sunday, December 14th is Potter Brothers Demo Day at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. Representatives from top manufacturers will be at the Resort with this season's newest and best equipment. Manufacturers on site will be Atomic Skis, K2 Skis and Snowboards, Rossignol Skis, Volkl Skis, Salomon snowboards and DC Snowboards. A valid Driver's License and Credit Card, and a valid lift ticket are required to demo. There is no fee to try out the equipment. Reps will be available from 9 am – 2 pm.
Sunday is also Season Pass Holder VIP day for all 2008/2009 Jiminy Peak season pass holders featuring First Tracks at 8 am, coffee and cinnamon buns in the Summit Lodge at 8:30 am and giveaways at Crane Lodge West until 11 am.
