Alpine Trekkers: Sold the Trekkers. Twisters here I come!

Giro G9: Sold the helmet. At least that covers the new pants.

Krypton ID Liners: $45 shipped - Bought these from someone on TGR. Size 26.0. Molded 1 time by him and 1 time by me. He barely used them and I never did. Got some Power Wraps for my birthday.

I'm trying to finance some new bump skis. Only way my wife gives me the go ahead is if I sell some stuff. So far I've managed to buy another pair of Predator pants. The plan is not working .

Dibs on liners... (if they fit into Garmont boots. I see no reason why they wouldn't. I'll do a little research first though)

awf170 - I'll hang onto them until I hear from you. When heated they take on a very generic shape so they should fit a lot of boots.

Trekkers are an inexpensive way to get into touring. They clip into your bindings and your boot clips into them. They hinge at the toe.

so for someone like me who if he ever does tour, it would only be a couple of days each spring on Washington.....probably a good alternative?

Though, I'm in the same boat as you and might need to sell something to gain S/O approval

That was my original thought. I think they are sold to someone over on TGR, so you won't have to be tempted.

You're better of just hiking up to stuff on Washington in the spring then using treckers. Even with pretty lightweight touring gear I still make the same time just boot packing it. Just get some of these for you're hiking shoes and you'll be good to go!

Just emailed my boot fitter about it so I should be getting back to you in the next few days.

Yeah, I'll take the liners. Where in NH do you live? Maybe I can meet you somewhere. Maybe Sunapee some Thursday?

I don't get it Austin, what's wrong with your current liners?

*snicker*

This going to mean another visit to the boot fitter for your black toe?
