it is aweful that multiple deaths have occured at loon. in the past 3 or 4 years i have gone tubing at night at loon 2 or 3 times. I thought they did a pretty safe job in the past (having been this year) with very high banks and walls. hopefully they can figure out whats going wrong so this terrible situation can be avoided.

Im just putting out there that I believe the tubes had little hand brakes...maybe im wrong but thats what it looked like.
