Anybody looking for a Sugarbush rental?

I am renting out the first floor of my house in Warren, located up in the Alpine Village about 5mi to Sugarbush, 8 to MRG.

It's got 2 bedrooms, 1.5bath. Livingroom, Dining room, big kitchen with woodstove, and foyer with laundry hookups. It is currently unfurnished. 12x12 deck off main entrance and parking for 4 cars. It is available now. I am willing to rent it out for the season at $4500 which includes utils from Dec-Mar. Or rent it at $700/mo plus half the electric and half propane heat.

Its in a private location and I only use the top floor on weekends and holidays, and it is totally separate from the 1st floor. 4x4 is recommended, but a front wheel drive will do just fine. if you have any questions just post a reply or private message me. I've been asked what an estimate for the utilities would be in a month.....

In a cold month I would say about $115/mo. About $40 for electric and about $75 for heat, after the split. Really depends on the tenant and how responsible they are with the heat. I'd be willing to work out a fixed cost for the heat if it made it easier since I only pay when the tank gets filled. I've been burned in the past with tenants that cranked up the heat when it was included in the rent, so i just want some sense of responsibility on the tenants part.
