There have been legal issues with attempting to place a UMTS array between the toeside and the hellside. Seems the Hellside town council thinks that the Toeside should host the site, and vice-versa.

Everyone wants 3G service, but no one wants the tower on their property.

very witty. the problem is in the city not at home in the jerz and its not so much a 3g issue as it is a problem accessing the network. the other thing when the phone switches between 3g and edge it just kill my bat.
