AZ Race Team Pats peak 2/5

A cold night for the team monday. We raced on twister, not our favorite trail to be on and a very tight course.

Individual results:

Tree_skier 4th 9/100 out of 2nd 6.94 team pts
BobR 8th 6.37(he actually beat me on the red course, made his day)
ga2ski 13th 6.84 and yes he had to make tele turns on the top half of the course
skibum9995 19th 3.53
roak 40th 1.64
charlie 42nd 2.55

We were third as a team with a 5.246 but still in first overall. Scott the slacker missed the night. something about a town meeting and his company taking the contract from ga2ski company.

Dave was under the weather and made it through. Scott's points were missed.
I think Dave was the only one to make a gold. Again Tree_skier and Ga2ski were the lead point getters. Charlie, Roak and I did a short apres ski thing. Really tired and cold. I was home before I normally leave the Sled Pub. We did not wait for the results. Roark is off out west next week he won't be around, but will be missed. I had posted in the trips and events it was week 3 it was week 4.

I hate racing on Twister. Pat's has a trail named Race Trail for a reason. If I wanted race on flats I'd go to the top of Jordan Bowl at Sunday River and do a chinese downhill across Kansas. Oh Wait i do that every weekend.

tele guys would increase their unfair advantage: we can't pop you out of your bindings as easily!

Aw I was lucky to be just slightly ahead of Ga2ski in individual time, but a decent amount behind in points this week.

Anyone notice he needs to attach his heel. some sort of equiptment problem.
