blackberry 7130 help

my blackberry 7130 is no longer syncing any new contacts from my desktop to the blackberry...it starts downloading and gets to about 800 or 1083 updates and an error pops up "UNABLE TO WRITE OR UPDATE APPLICATION DATA"

Any suggestions?
