Hey All,

I'm back from a fun session at Blue mountain the True mountain. The drive took a few minutes longer due to the 2-3 fresh centimeters of fresh Poe. I saw Moe Gohl near the Sheetz on the drive up. Wow the first few runs were great. The temperature was 26 degrees with a few lingering snow showers. The fresh poe groomed into the manmade made for a delightful skiing surface..much better than dust on crust. Tuts lane is ready to open. There were lots of Blue regulars in attendance including photographer Toast..BMTroublemaker, A-Jeff, Rodney, some MILFs, GahSkier George and I even saw Sam whose the kid from the Ski Patrol show who lost his pass for skiing like a dumbass. At around 10:10AM they opened up Lazy Mile..Atomic Jeff was the first one down..it was fast cord on lazy mile but by the second run the chunks and cookies were starting to get churned up. The ski patroller warned everybody that the snow on Lazy Mile was not powder.

We ended the session with a few more runs on lazy mile then directly to the Blue Mountain Drive Inn. Me and A-Jeff had bacon and eggs and Moe Ghoul...had a shortstack and fresh sausage. Thanks Toast for documenting a totally legit day...

Had a blast skiin with everyone, 3 more runs woulda made it better, and only the old man was stoked to hike Tut's or poach a closed run. Fresh sausage won out. Had the Coombas on, and was really happy with their performance on the conditions out there, which were 100% better than Thursday. Props to Blue. Now open the 6 pack by Thursday. I dare them....

Damn, looks like I missed a good day. Woke up around 5 am with my sinuses clogged and a sore throat. Decided to rest it up today and perhaps play hookey from work on Friday if the 6 pack opens up
